With the ability to accommodate a guest list of up to 270, Seven Oaks clubhouse facility features three luxuriously appointed banquet rooms, each with their own color palette, look, and atmosphere.  All three rooms have beautiful views of our golf course and lush 740 acres.  The rooms are tastefully decorated and so customizing with linens, floral arrangements, and lighting is quite easy and makes the room your own!  Beyond the three rooms, there are many outdoor options for ceremonies and cocktail receptions. 

A bridal holding room is available for the bridal party for your convenience.

Our menu features exquisite tastes created by Chef Rupa so no matter if it is a formal seated dinner, a lavish buffet, or elegant hors d’oeurves, your guests will be delighted with the flavors and creative presentation of the meal.  Our service staff ensures your guests are not left wanting and every request is met.

Our Event Team meets with you one-on-one, creates a timeline, and assists you with all the creative aspects and elements of your wedding.  On your Wedding Day, we take care of everything, leaving you worry free to enjoy your special time with your family and friends.    

If you book your reception with Seven Oaks, discounts are available for bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and the groom’s last supper.
